What is Tel24-7 and how does it work?

Each sign has a unique reference number which identifies that particular sign. The enquirer texts the contact number with the reference number for the advertising sign. The call centre automatically retrieves the information for that sign and sends it to the caller. Simple!

How do I hear from enquirers?

The enquirer receives the requested information via a text message back to their phone. The advertiser can contact them about their enquiry or alternatively the advertiser can put their contact details within the message and they can contact them directly. The individual sign is recognised so for example :- Enquirers could be given directions to the nearest point of contact in the locality, making national advertising campaigns more effective!
